Every call recording, checked. Not a sample.
AuditSail checks every call recording your call centres send against your signed-off script, your guidelines and FCA and Ofcom rules. Each rule is marked pass, fail or inconclusive.
HOW RECORDINGS ARRIVE · WHAT THEY ARE CHECKED AGAINST
Listening to a sample of calls.
Your QA team can't listen to every call, so they sample. A breach on a call nobody hears stays hidden until a customer or the regulator raises it.
The calls nobody listens to are still your calls.
From recording to rule-by-rule result.
Ofcom checks on when, how often and from which number you call.
Alongside the script and rule checks, AuditSail reads the metadata sent with each call recording: the number called, the agent, the call times and the caller ID. It flags what it finds on each call and charts it in the Ofcom section of your dashboard.
the call data, not just the words
FLAGGED ON EACH CALL
Out of hours
Hard failCalls placed outside calling hours.
Contact frequency
Hard failHow often each number was called over 7 and 30 days, against the call centre's contact limits.
Duplicate calls
WarningThe same number called by overlapping agents, by several agents in quick succession, or by one agent again soon after.
File integrity
WarningEach recording's file size compared with the size expected.
SIX DASHBOARD VIEWS
- Ofcom Compliance
- Metadata Quality
- Duplicate Call Patterns
- Call Duration Breakdown
- Caller ID Check
- Agent Call Activity
Caller ID Check lists every caller ID with its call count and status, hard fails first. Agent Call Activity shows each agent's calls per hour, with a line two standard deviations above the campaign average.
What can be checked depends on the metadata your call centre sends. Metadata Quality shows how often each field is present. CSV exports include the Ofcom columns.
Real volume, from real call centres.
